We’re well-versed in building homes in a variety of styles, and our small team is on-call to take your idea from concept to completion with a focus on functionality, livability, and longevity.
From design to build, we do it all, so you don’t have to. Our client liaison is in constant contact, and our designer ensures everything is budgeted in, so you don’t have to cut anything out.
Our team will be with you from start to finish. From choosing your ideal design to selecting your custom finishes and completing the final walk-through, we’ll treat you like family. And when we hand over the keys to your dream home, you can rest assured that our family has created a home we would be proud to live in ourselves.

Gary Scroggins
Building homes began as a passion project over 40 years ago while Gary was still working full-time in the aluminum industry. At that time, he built houses during his time off, perfecting his skills and growing relationships with suppliers. When Gary returned to the PNW and his hometown of Longview in 2005, he went all-in and began building homes full-time. His favorite part of his job is seeing a project go from paper plans to a completed building. With every home he builds, he solidifies his reputation as a detail-oriented, dependable master builder who’s well-respected by colleagues in the industry— from tradesmen to building officials— for his honesty, accountability, and excellent workmanship.
Cully Scroggins
With a keen business mind and a passion for construction, Cully is an invaluable asset to GLS Quality Homes. After he earned his business degree in Tennessee, Cully returned to Longview, eager to apply his fresh perspectives and strong problem-solving skills to the family business. Much like Gary, he excels in critical thinking and has rapidly become an integral part of our operations. Cully’s growing responsibilities and dedication are shaping the future of GLS Quality Homes.
